LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 3, 2015 / Bitzio Inc. (OTC: BTZO) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lexi-Luu Designs Inc. (www.lexiluu.com) closed today on its acquisition of Punkz Gear Inc. (www.PunkzGear.com)

Punkz will provide an additional revenue stream for Bitzio. Punkz united under the Lexi-Luu Designs Inc. management team and with the recent acquisition of Skipjack (www.skipjackdnd.com) cut & sew manufacturing capacity will increase the vertical control for the parent company Bitzio Inc.
