It is the only national credential for community association reserve study providers and is awarded to experienced, qualified professionals who help condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations plan for the long-term repair and replacement of major components.
Pelot, who has already attained his Professional Manager of Community Associations PCAM® designation, now joins the ranks of three others at Associa Hawaii with the coveted RS®. Since 2006, Pelot has helped set-up and develop a maintenance service department for the company and assisted in opening the Associa Hawaii Reserves Department.
