Karen E. Bowling, Director of Public Affairs for Foley & Lardner will act as the liaison between the companies. Ms. Bowling most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to serving Jacksonville, Ms. Bowling spent over 25 years in marketing and senior management at several public and private companies. In 2001, she co-founded one of the first chains of retail health clinics with Florida Governor Rick Scott.
