LiteFog President and Founder, Rick Brouse said this morning that “ Litefog is fast becoming a
time-saving, cost-efficient, game changer in the hiring process and to penetrate the job sourcingcontrolled

third party and corporate, need to find qualified candidates for their open job orders, oftentimes
with a very unique or niche work experience. Sourcing refers to the initial part of recruiting) “
I have spent years developing this program base so as to be able to scale up as fast as we need
to.” continued Mr. Brouse.

acquisition as we have indicated we have every intention of taking ASKE to the QB…to become
a reporting company, after which we will strongly consider a ‘ a form N 54 ” to become a
Business Development Company. Becoming a BDC will enhance our profile and should attract
other solid acquisition target. We are not forgetting the fact that we are first and foremost an
Exploration Company in the Energy-Oil/Gas/Mineral Industry. We fully expect to explore
further possibilities in the Oil & Gas Field and hope to provide more clarity on available
opportunities as they become finalized. "
