For the 3-month period ending 09/30/2014 vs. balances as of 06/30/2014
ITEM 2 – ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES & ITEMS REQUIRED FOR “CURRENT REPORTING” STATUS UNDER OTC MARKETS GUIDELINES
a). ENTITIES - Unless specified otherwise, the use of the term “Company” and / or “Hannover House” shall mean the consolidated operations of all operating entities that are wholly or substantially owned or controlled by Hannover House, Inc.(a Wyoming Corporation), including Bookworks, Inc. and Truman Press, Inc. (Arkansas Corporations) as well as VODWIZ, Inc. and Medallion Releasing, Inc. (Wyoming Corporations).
b). LITIGATION COUNSEL – During the above reporting period, Company contracted for the services of George B. Morton, Esq., to prepare and file a civil lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court for damages to the Company, its shareholders and officers from four known individuals who have perpetuated falsehoods and disparging accusations in concert with manipulative trading activities to damage the stock’s share price. The timing of the filing of this litigation is planned for March, 2015.
c). SUBSEQUENT EVENTS – Following the prior filing of the above reporting period, the previously existing agreement for Company to handle some portion of the packaged goods, home-video distribution of the film “ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER” was annuled by mutual consent of Company and Redbull Media House, N.A., Inc. During Q4, 2014, Company proceeded with the representation and release of this film to theatres across the U.S.A.
