February 24th 2015 - USA Restaurant Funding Inc. (OTC: SAMP) - announced today the signing of term sheets for another two new Pho House locations in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex AND continued strong growth at their 18020 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX location. After officially acquiring their first location as announced on November 24, 2014, in just three short months, it looks like they are ready with major expansion plans. Their balance sheet filed February 24th is already reflecting that an explosion in share price may be well at hand.
Their quarter over quarter financials reflect a significant increase in assets from just a mere $458 to over $154,000. Their gross income increased from just $3200 to over $107,000 for the quarter. And what makes SAMP attractive, is they have just reduced their authorized share count from 2 billion to just 500 million shares. Also looking at their only note due of $138,000 and taking into consideration the estimated 89 million shares diluted in January and the conversions in February so far, I believe its very safe to say that conversions are on the brink of being finished and soon the share price will push upwards leaving the float somewhere around a mere 260 million. With money coming in and new locations on the table, it looks like all lights are green and SAMP has positioned themselves very well for success and will have profits to invest in future locations.
Its obvious the increase in gross income is reflecting the quarterly sales of their Far North location Pho House. And now with two more locations on the table and significant increase in business at their current location, there are estimates of up to $1 million in revenue a year per location. But it does not stop there. According to their goal, they plan on having 9 locations by years end. A simple Google search will pull up positive review after positive review on their restaurant and the OTC website has all their latest news, filings, and company information.
