Hey, my furnace died today from power surge plus my heat pump had an undiscovered leak discovered during the service call. So, I'm bone dry on refrigerant and on emergency heat on furnace. I need to raise some cash to get a new system by selling some. If anyone could give me advice in a PM if I should sell or wait for the test . Also, anyone hear of the brand Goodman? It's what my trusted repair company sells.. Thanks. This is not a troll post and is real.
