The PRs have actually given us the reverse of what we need and that's sustained action on the part of the company. Words are just that, words. Actions speak much louder and as a business owner and exec in a public company, this is what frustrates me. Lack of action when free opportunities exist to maintain momentum. Perhaps, not with the PPS, but to maintain focus on the product. Yes, there will be line of sight advertising for those who pass by for an impulse buy at a gas station, but it can be developed and pushed better. Here is where I think they lack either the experience or business moxy to pull it off. It takes creativity and little effort to post and tweet and we are seeing none of it. Why have the media if it goes unused??
