No one here wishes it down. Quite the opposite, in fact. Almost every single one of us on this board was an avid backer of NTEK despite their promises falling by the wayside over and over and over again. We all expected it to be exponentially higher than it is right now. Heck, the people that run the company told us it would likely be exponentially higher than it is right now. "We won't let you down brother." Remember that from the SHM? Do you really feel like they haven't let us down even a little? Imagine dealing with a sales person that keeps telling you over and over again that they will get something done and they will get the products they promised you, but they never get it done. Imagine if you needed those products for a business you were running, and you have to pick up the pieces every time and do anything you can to cover your own rear so you don't catch the fallout from the repeated failed promises.

Imagine that happening for almost two years. Here's what I do at my job. I have many vendors that I work with and they tell me what they are doing, and they get it done on time. If they don't, I'll likely still work through a problem once, maybe twice. However, after promising me something a third time and failing? I'm either calling their competition or I'm hearing some really darned good reasons why they keep failing. Right now I am looking at two different vendor changes because those companies failed to follow through multiple times.

The problem is, we as shareholders, are apparently utterly and completely insignificant when it comes to NTEK. They don't even care how often they have lied to us and promised us deployment dates and they didn't deliver...over and over and over again. What do you expect that people are going to do when this has happened to them repeatedly? They can't call IR. IR doesn't give one flying flamingo about what their investors think. They've even responded to the questions we sent to them by treating us like we were some kind of annoyance and often replied with extremely snarky responses. Highly unprofessional.

Now all this has been happening and we have been frustrated with it for a long time. So we have questions, and while this is all one hundred percent relevant to NTEK as a stock, we can't actually post these questions on the NTEK board. Why? Great question. They are relevant to the stock, they aren't bashing. They are only questioning what NTEK is telling us and why they keep failing to follow through. After all of us constantly getting our posts deleted on the NTEK board, despite the fact that the posts were completely on-topic and followed the rules for posting, this board was created for those that actually had questions about the practices of NTEK but were sick of getting all their posts deleted.

You may be right that it doesn't do a damned bit of good. Maybe it doesn't. But at least there are a bunch of like-minded people on this board that are frustrated as all hell at what NTEK has done and what they continue to do. We are frustrated with promises made and them failing to follow through. We are appalled that they continue to make promises and give us specific dates and products and still they are showing as unavailable.

While extremely lucky for you, since you are still green, it really sounds like you don't have any idea what it's like to be where many of us are...upside-down and hoping against all hope that the recent changes at NTEK somehow manage to pull everything together and bring us back to where we should be. Maybe bring us to where NTEK PPS should be if they had followed through with all the promises and dates for product deployment. Hell, most of us would be happy to have them bring us back where we bought in so we weren't so deeply in the red. I had a lot of hope that the new changes in management were going to be just the thing we needed to get us back in the green, and I hope they do just that. The continued practice of telling us that product will be available and having it continuously not showing up is not exactly an indicator that things are moving in the right direction. I hope to heck they are, and that it's just taking longer than they expected. However, at this late stage, I'm skeptical that they can do it. Does that mean I don't want them to? Heck no. I'm not so far in the red that I couldn't eat the loss. I don't want to though because I think it could be a great company. To be completely blunt though, I just wish they would get their shit together.

All my long-winded babbling here, I have to say this: it really sounds like you had no idea why this board really exists. Now you do. Does it make sense why we only question things here? We *cant" question anything on the NTEK board, so we have to have this board to ask questions we can't ask elsewhere. Now that you know that, is this a board you want to be on? We're unlikely to change for as long as NTEK continues to do what they've been doing for months and months. I am sure every one of us would be bouncing off the walls if they start following through, and if that happens, this board may only be around for us that just like to talk to each other, and may have nothing to do with NTEK at all. For now, NTEK's failures are the commonality of this board and that's why we post here. You're always more than welcome to post whatever you want, just as all of us can do. There are very few deletions on the board: mostly spam. It does sound like, however, that we might not be the best board for you if you are only focusing on the posts that show the things that you hope NTEK will accomplish. For all of our sake's, I hope that eventually we can retire this board to a status of just a bunch of people that all enjoy talking to each other and that NTEK actually follows through with their promises and either makes us a lot of money, or at least enough money that we don't have to eat a tremendous loss. Hopefully some day we can reminisce about all the craziness we went through these past years with NTEK while they were starting out their business, and hopefully we can then spend our free time counting the money we eventually scored by investing in this company.
