Siemens Aktiengesellschaft disclosed pursuant to art. 4 para. 2 of the Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003, on 12 May 2014, the begin of the share buyback on 12 May 2014 and, on 29 January 2015, the continuation of the share buyback on 29 January 2015 based on the authorizations resolved by the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 27 January 2015. The total number of shares which have been bought back within the framework of this share buyback in the time period from 12 May 2014 until and including 01 March 2015 amounts to 22,277,859 shares.
