At the time of this writing the Canadian licensing personnel have cost Canada seventeen million dollars worth of cancelled contracts by European friends who do not conduct business with shady individuals or organizations. My friends assure me that this is only the beginning. European corporations involved in the aerospace industry are expected to be squeaky clean by their governments.
