A reverse split doesn't seem likely in the near future because I beleive that the company wants to see where the price goes after certification and a year or two down the road. If all goes well I do beleive a reverse split will then become a desireable option in order to get the share price out of the penny stock catagory ($3/share) so that it can get on one of the big boards (NY or American stock exchange). At that time the company will become more visible to both the public and mutual funds which can drive the price to it's most realistic value which will depend on its profits and ability to grow at that point in time.
To condense, a reverse split at this time does no good but is a tool the company may choose to use in the more distant future.
