Believe this. Once upon a time in the 1960's there was a black Federal Judge named Alcee Hastings. As all of the other American Federal Judges he was appointed for life (such nonsense). As it turned out, Alcee was a thief of the first order and was summarily removed from office. He quite naturally appealed, and lost. He has been lost to history, but his reputation as a lowlife thief is and always will be remembered. I am certain that Canadian Federal Judges are familiar with Alcee and have no intention to follow his footsteps. Being honest and doing the right thing is a simple task. All of the evidence is before the Canadian Judge appointed to the resolution of the F.I.T.X. matter and I would be greatly disappointed if the wrong decision were arrived at. I certainly would not want to be remembered as Canada's Alcee Hastings, would you. I believe that many of the officials involved in the attempted assassination of the C.E.O. of the F.I.T.X. corp. should be dismissed for their lack luster performance and replaced by a competent staff. As far as I am able to determine Alcee is the only American Federal Judge ever removed from office.
