Personally i dont think cen could grow tommorow i

Personally i dont think cen could grow tommorow i dont think cen put the cart before the horse... Basically i feel they have in place wats needed for license approval...but would have to continue and finish buildout interior in order to start growing....i.e. Growing pods..interior lighting....water lines inside grow pods.....that is a huge expense to have without license, and do not think it would be worth the risk thats why they had a prototype in the inspection report, it was not full size pod...this is my opinion
