It's not libelous if it's true.
Based on the answer you gave me in exchange for my absence for a month, you stated you believe the claims of $10/bbl oil and WTI-$3 price tag are true--you've been conned hook, line and sinker. I believe while on this board you're part of the large majority, out of the general population at large, you're in the minority.
I suspect if you asked anyone on the street if they believed someone found a way to *profitably* turn discarded plastic back into oil, they would suggest that you get proof before you invest. If you further told them that the person who claimed to do so also claimed he could do it with 90% gross margins, and furthermore was charged for accounting fraud and can't tell the truth to save his life, the average person on the street would offer you some sound advice.
