PLFM for me.
It's been quiet for a while. . But someone has been quietly slapping the Ask since last Fall for some large blocks. Usually at the EOD.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Platforms Wireless International Corporation (OTC: PLFM) announced today that Mr. Bill Schaefer, President & CEO, is entering into discussions for a possible joint venture with or acquisition of a going-concern enterprise/income generating asset that could bring revenues and profitability to the company.
The discussions are in their early stages, but Mr. Schaefer stated a letter of intent formalizing the ongoing discussions and negotiations could possibly be executed in the near term. The LOI is required to provide both parties with the time necessary to perform all required due diligence, and verify the mutual benefits and advantages of the proposed undertaking.
Mr. Schaefer stated: "I am well acquainted with the principals involved in the proposed transaction, and, if we can come to terms, the acquisition could prove beneficial to both organizations. This is the first of a number of projects I have in mind for Platforms. I'm confident any one of these projects could infuse the company with the energy of revenue flow for forward momentum. I look forward to working with the management and the support of our shareholders to implement our business plans."
