Good question, but that one is covered as well.

Originally, if they passed last Tuesday, they had 5 slides (all packed by the new vendor) in reserve in the hangar, so all they would have to do is pull the deployed ones off and put those on.
As it stands now, N706BL has 7 slides currently installed (all from the new vendor) and 8 slides at the new vendor now - 3 of which are being expedited as we speak and will be back on N706BL for next week's mini.
(Earlier I had mentioned 4 slides needed to be expedited. This is a correction - only 3 of the slides need to be expedited).
Once that mini is complete, the other 5 slides (the reserve ones) will be back up here, having just been re-packed by the new vendor.
So after the mini, the 5 deployed slides will be taken off and the newly arrived ones will be put on....and N706BL should be ready to start Proving Flights 36 hours after the successful completion of the mini.
I asked the same questions.
Seems like upper managment has a solid grasp on the situation at hand.............
