Bizarre is right. PTOI was trading at $4.50 four years ago. This person is profusely thanking the promoter for having given them "valuable input" that contributed to their decision to baghold for a 55X loss on share value.
And since they found this advice so helpful four years ago, they're grateful for the opportunity to take another big helping of it now.
