There are people who are simply incapable of being honest with themselves and with others . This seems to be a common trait among the perma-bagholders in scams like PTOI Such people are unable to accept accountability for their own mistakes and poor decisions, and admitting they were swindled by Bordynuik would cross that line.
And if they were right to invest their savings in Bordynuik's revolutionary technology for making $10/bbl, then what could be to blame for their 99% losses? Well, it must be the mean things people say about Bordynuik and the company on obscure message boards.
Obviously logic and self-honesty play no role in the lives of these people.
