It's not about scaring people out of shares. When we went dark we became bag holders, doesn't matter how you call it, as selling a dead stock is not that easy and can be a bit tricky on the integrity side.
REID screwed the pooch on this one guys. I've got many reasons to have wanted this to be real, and as long as REID stayed quite, providing no information, we had little to hold him accountable for. We were forced to play along with the game, let's face it, even if we didn't want to play, we had no choice. Now, REID has missed a real commitment. You can waffle on paper filings, use whatever excuse and a person pretty much has to shrug and play along. In this case he called a meeting, set the meeting, committed the meeting to shareholders who in turn committed resources to Reid as a show of faith in preparation for today's meeting. He could have rescheduled anytime before yesterday, he chose to string it out.
So he is being called out and I'm still laughing as it will be seen as giving Reid a pass because we haven't done anything toward Reid. I've said it before and I will state it again. It doesn't matter what we end up with, information wise, the SEC is incapable of bringing a case against him and even if the effort were to be made, big whoop. Only a fool believes the system was designed for satisfaction.
I wrote this off when we went dark. Did I hope for the best, hell yes I have, I have real money in play. I think he(Reid) will eventually show us a last ditch effort involving a 50000 to 1 RS and eventual fade to black. I always said I would say I was wrong if he ever gave me reason to believe KMAG is a crooked company. I was wrong, won't be the last time. I feel sorry for those who will feel a real financial crunch from this, but I know that they, like the rest of us, had to ride it out. The only difference between me and many others out there will be the fact that I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that nothing will come of this. The good guys of the last couple of years would have been good no matter the outcome and the assholes are assholes, period. Strip out the overhype and over bash and you have a group of people who were just trying to make a buck. There will be people expecting me to throw a fit and show outrage, but the fact is, this is the OTC, I play a percentage of my money here as pure, "get rich quick" lotto plays. When I make a trade here, it's my money, my decision, my risk. Good luck everyone. I will check back for the March meeting, should be one or two more story lines to keep the entertainment going. BTW, my remaining kmag stake will never be for sale. Absolutely no way will I put someone else in this position. Have a great weekend.
