801 might be spacing a little bit. Crude oil prices have halved. That's worldwide and that's a big drop. If someone is talking about crude oil prices, they're not remiss if they don't mention gas prices at retail Italian pumps.
That said, when crude oil prices drop, scrap plastic prices drop which should make scrap cheaper for PTOI to buy...but we still don't know if PTOI can convert plastic into oil that makes the process commercially viable under any crude oil price scenario. If PTOI has any sort of value-adding pyrolysis process, they sure are being secretive about the results even six years later. The CEO has resigned himself to putting out press releases to investors about favorable articles he finds on the internet about plastic to oil--if he doesn't know if PTOI's pyrolysis can add value, he's certainly not motivated to find out either.
