$ECIG STILL HAS HUGE BUYERS above .14 and at .14!
I have seen multiple orders go through then be pulled back and not posted!
Means someone is buying a huge block and it was not completely filled,
They are still looking for shares and buying a lot more!
There Is an Institution, firm, or Company Buyback going on!
The buys and money are ENORMOUS!
