This is great news Lt. I was sitting here scratching my head talking to an air force buddy of mine about how the slides kept failing witch lead me down the long road of linkage and may other issues that could have caused it but it still seemed off ..... your post was the missing link and now I realize how this could have happened multiple times with out it being the planes fault ..... now I will say using those old slides from a faulty packing facility was a pretty bad idea but at 5k a pop and just for a demonstration I can understand wanting to give them a shot .....sounds like this next one should be the real deal now that we know the slide nightmare is almost behind us........I'm also happy we will be retesting as soon as next week ...... I'm sure you will let us know if/when you hear a date

With all that being said I'm happy I bought a little bit of the blood today and got lucky at the LOD .... can't wait to see this bird in the air thx again for all your efforts
