I shutter to guess! Which again begs the question

I shutter to guess! Which again begs the question at what point does the FAA put and to this stupidity? They have to know what we are all thinking and you so astutely ask - how many planes in the air today pass this crazy test?? At a 40% fail rate Baltia never passes the Mini evac this has become insane and is now beyond comprehension to my way of thinking!! I will remain long I refuse to sell but I am beginning to wonder about my own sanity!!
