It seems odd that there is such a restriction on the PR's and updates that can be shared when it comes to potential or actual positive news but that a rep of Baltia could recklessly make a statement like this, true or not, destabilizing the shareholders confidence and obviously creating a sell off. If this story does end up being validated, then going forward the notion that Baltia can not announce set backs, as many have been under the impression is the standard operating procedure, is nonsense to say the least.
