Agree with this as well. My Background is healthcare administration. Dealing with the bureaucracy of state surveys and inspections as well as federal on an annual basis is how it is done. Like this situation a team of people come to a medical facility. They divide up each has there own list of agenda items and worksheets complete. Generally they give a exit conference reviewing any concerns but return to their own offices and review the scope and severity of those deficiency's collectively as a team and issue a report called a 2567. Some deficiency are just notation and require a plan of correction. Some are just suggestions. Depending on the scope and severity of the deficiency identified some require a revisit from the inspectors and some will be accepted as fixed with a written response. It is very important for them to dot their I's and cross their T's even if there is no deficiency found they need to sign off on it. They need to prove in writing that every thing was done correctly I bet even the fact that they blocked FS out with the lights will be part of the file maybe even part of the report telling Baltia they passed. It all needs to be available for review if anything came into question in the future. I believe this is likely the case with the Mini. But I guess time will tell! GLTA
