I just posted this on Ihub and I guess the questions posed required to much gray matter. Sgt pepper PMs with vile little things and admin enables him by telling me to ignore him. Here's the offending post, a reply to smoke, someone tell me why I seem to threaten so many gasbags in Ihub.
I agree smoke, I had planned to go, not really concerned about the meeting itself, I expect nothing so will not be disappointed, but I did look forward to meeting certain people should they have nuts enough to show. But at my age, satisfaction is not what it used to mean. You have multiple millions to my measly 6 so confronting cowards has become moot. Reid will either show up with a solid comprehensive plan that will: 1. Provide "instant relief and guidance which allows my(all shareholders) investment to have Value, trade able value, going forward from Friday. 2. He shows up, gliding the Lilly, knowing that we have no recourse, which will,allow the detractors to claim we've given Reid a "Pass" knowing that we as shareholders, having only lost money, have no action that we can take, which will provide satisfaction 3. There are those claiming a day of justice and reckoning is coming. I feel sorry for those time wasters as they have a fairy tale view of the power the SEC, DOJ, CIA, ASPCA, AND SO ON HAVE IN A SITUATION SUCH AS THIS. Mark this post, should Reid be the worlds greatest penny scammer, He Will NOT, receive more than a token slap, an arbitrary monetary figure will be assigned, MAKE NO MISTAKE, BE UNCOLLECTABLE. HE WILL,BE SUBJECT TO SOME SORT OF TIME RESTRICTION BEFORE HE CAN ENGAGE IN SECURITIES AGAIN. THIS BEING SAID, THE general consensus by non holders will be we have given Reid a "PASS." My question, posed here many times, understanding that because we are stuck holding KMAG and the legal death penalty can not be used in a money fraud case, and vigilante justice will only land the vigilante in prison, I have asked for three MEANINGFUL, LEGAL ACTIONS THAT CAN BE TAKEN THAT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. we may hold this play but it doesn't mean we are blind to the situation.
