There is a zoning issue man i dont get what u dont understand .... They can maybe get legal use for what they currently have on the site but that is questionable at this time....they def cannot expand there current site with more buildings without a submission to be zoned industrial....the reason being is they did not submit approvals for any buildings besides the ones u currently see
