can't change the ss without state filing and transfer agent processing and recording
especially share issuances. that is the domain of the t.a.. shares are issued by the transfer agent (at the direction of the company). no transfer agent means no certs can be issued. meaning, no change in o/s
manipulators praying on the ignorant (as usual). anyone saying diff is just lying manipulators. just like someone pm'd me saying people are representing and posting "45billion a/s" on ntek board. lies. those believing their lies are just ignorant (or worse). especially for those spreading them
