RAG) (Pink SheetsRAG). The Board of Dragon Polymers, Inc. announces a name change to Hitec Corp (the "Company"
. Following a name change with the Nevada Secretary of State, the Company has applied to FINRA for a new symbol and trading name change.
The Company has since been notified by the Autorité des Marches Financiers (AMF) of an omission to meet filing requirements on SEDAR due to the composition of prior management. The Company is actively working to fulfill all historical omissions and satisfy the AMF's requirements.
Hitec Corp. is a publicly held company engaged in the business of off the road tire (OTR) pyrolysis processing.
