Dear Shareholders of Viper Networks:
On behalf of Viper Networks' executive management team, the Board of Directors, employees and associates; I am writing to provide a more definitive accounting of numerous developments; including several Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) signed with different companies, partnerships, alliances, and agreements that have been announced since the last shareholder letter issued in June 2013.
Viper Networks has retained a new law firm "Synergen Law Group, APC" to work on all S.E.C. related affairs for the company. The same firm has worked with Viper Networks to update all required documentation and audited financial fillings for OTCMarkets, Inc., which has allowed us to become fully current in our Pink Sheets listing.
As of December 18, 2013 Viper Networks, Inc. finished its work with Mastec, Inc. and closed all open contracts on the telecom towers operation with Mastec, Inc. to focus on the new partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions and their Smart Grid Control System and Intelligent LED lights.
Viper Networks, Inc. and Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc. and Adali Holdings Signed an MOU on June 6, 2014 to sell Apollo Metro products in several countries, but both sides mutually agreed on October 28, 2014 to terminate the MOU. Viper and Apollo is pursuing marketing in these countries with different local partners.
On July 10, 2014 the Company's minority ownership position in Aequitas Energy, Inc. was sold to a third party as part of the sale of the full sale of Aequitas Energy, Inc.
Viper Networks' partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions is stronger than ever as we continue to develop and introduce new cutting-edge LED Intelligent products with sales and marketing in the U.S. and international markets, respectively. With several on-going pilot projects in different countries and direct sales through local agents, we continue to expand our efforts on several continents.
In Sri Lanka we currently have a pilot project in progress (which we will expand on later), and; through previous pilot programs, the Company has certified approval of our LED products in several notable departments and ministries in the country. Last year we were able to assist in providing financing to bring our products to market in Sri Lanka but the terms were not favorable to move forward at that time.
This year with the new administration in charge of Sri Lanka we were able to provide a better pricing model and are now working with different financing sources to assist in buying the product, which includes the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the official export credit agency of the U.S. Their mission is to assist in financing the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets.
In conclusion; as equity owners of Viper Networks, our future with Apollo Metro Solutions looks brighter than ever and we are very excited about 2015 and beyond.
