The past is what shows us that Mr. Bordynuik, the person who convinced everyone he has the world's best pyrolysis process, is a consummate liar who has no regard for the truth. Mr. Bordynuik is a bad man just like a number of other swindlers running penny stock scams.
Mr. Bordynuik tapped Mr. Heddle on the shoulder for the position of CEO undoubtedly because Mr. Heddle had certain 'qualities' needed. You can see that by Mr. Heddle promising investors that he would give mid-quarter updates...and then letting those same investors think that production was still ramping up as he withheld material information about the plant being out of commission. These aren't white lies told by them--there was tens of millions of dollars of market cap at stake. It's serious deception. Dollar value of the lies--imaging a car dealer selling you a $25,000 car with sawdust in the engine. Now multiply that literally by 1,000.
I can see if Mr. Heddle was in a coma or otherwise unable to speak, but a year later Mr. Heddle popped up with an update that things were going swimmingly and "tangible progress" was being made. No reasons given for his lying by omission or why he didn't keep his promise of updates at a time when everyone most needed it. Mr. Heddle felt no dissonance whatsoever. Don't get fooled into thinking Mr. Bordynuik's latest replacement is an honest guy--he's not.
