MIAMI BEACH, FL, October 28, 2014 - Cre8tive Works, Inc. (the "Company" (FILM) today announced that the Company has retained an external accounting firm to prepare its financial statements commencing the audit process required to become fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cre8tive Works’ financial statements will be prepared by Buckley Dodds Parker LLP beginning in the third quarter of 2014. The Company intends to complete all of the necessary steps to become fully reporting including the preparation and filing of a Form 10 with the SEC, all applicable documents with EDGAR and a current Information document with the NASD within the next quarter.
