That is very hard to say. Reason is that no one knows specifically the reason for H / C's decision of intent to refuse. But, I can assure you that they will get a response from the Judge in the matter, and, I do not think that will take very long as it is pretty cut and dried. Also, Bill did mention that a lot of money has been spent, is being spent, and the company and shareholders are loosing money daily by the inaction , and aggressively contrarian attitude toward Cen and it's shareholders. That means that the situation is such that ongoing damage is being done that must stop as soon as possible. If not the damage will absolutely get worse. That was the reason for that particular writ.
