Found this in some research. Thought you all would be interested..Correct me if I am wrong. Sometimes a company will go "public" by buying a failing public company. Then take it over.

Lexi-Luu Designs considered Roadking an ideal merger candidate due to the cash capital of 2.5 million in Roadking that would have fueled rapid growth for the merged companies.
