The answers to that question, imho, lies in your understanding of what I have dubbed the "Pee Pee Theorem". I took the liberty of distilling his entire posting history here, and have encapsulated it in two parts (his actual words):

Part One

My (Paper Prophet's) opinion won't make anything come true or not be true.


Part Two

I (Paper Prophet) literally do not know what PTOI processed nor what the resulting oil was nor anything else that happens at PTOI.

Once I saw his entire posting history through the lens of the "Pee Pee Theorem", it all made sense. His tirades, his insolence, his insults, his "questions" - everything.

His is nothing more than a heresay sandwich - a fat heap of conjecture served up between two slices of guesswork, seasoned with rumors and babel. He could care less if you answer him or not - he is only here to confound, by any and all means possible.

He, along with a few other posters, are quite fond of asking others "what they think"; my reply to them, at this juncture, is what I call the "Faustus Corollary":

What I think won't make anything come true or not be true.

I personally don't mind him at all - I am fascinated that someone would spend such effort and time posting about something that, by his own admission, he knows nothing about.

That last sentence is worth pondering.
