That's politics. unless they like the fit, they won't try it on. No matter what anyone says.

Just look at Obama. He's setting great examples on doing what you want to do and not caring who it affects or the outcome. And the law, what law ? What congress ? What constitution ? What by-laws ? What zoning ? What agricultural tax ... It's industrial tax ...
