The city knew or should have known the difference in the taxes between zoning agriculturally or industrially before the first turn of dirt on the property. They should have made everything crystal clear that they were going to stick a knife in our backs once the building and grounds were completed. Of course I'm being facetious but these people have lost the ability to surprise me.
