If the problem is zoning then why oh why did they let us build the building knowing that they were going to change the requirement from agriculture to industrial? It doesn't make any sense. I'm not buying that Bain and the Town Council didn't know the extent of where Bill Chaaban wants to take this operation before the first shovel of dirt was turned on the property.
