Maybe they are so busy getting Rico orders out the door that they can't stop to answer the phone. I don't think they have a large office staff, so who knows, they might be swamped. Sure would be nice if that was the case. We're at the end of the 1st week of RICO sales, so I'm certain they want to get orders in customer's hands (or mouths) as fast as possible. That could be one explanation.
I called a couple weeks ago to check on tincture flavors and they answered on the second ring. I do agree that the phone intro message should say you have reached Green Cures. They should take every opportunity to brand the name over and over again.
