Looks like a two week long, 3 ring circus. Of course the politico's will be out in force and the timing of H/C to issue the, 'letter', is questionable to say the least.
Personally, I think the campaign against Cen is coordinated, and intentionally timed by the persons with the most to loose if we get the license.
I do not rule out any Big Pharma in any part of this either. For over a year investors and , ' interested persons', have been trying to buy the property, the business, etc., and Bill has told em all to shove it.
Yhea, someone is out to do damage and I can also guarantee that Bill knows EXACTLY who it is. Just giving enough rope to make a foolproof noose. Further, that if he can just win, then those ass holes will no longer matter, and he can save court and related cost. So, being quiet now just shows good damn judgment in my view. GLTA
