Bodie Investment Group dismissed its case against MRIB without prejudice. That means if Margrit doesn't follow through with her end of the secret deal, Bodie can sue her again. Bodie is no dummy, good for him for protecting his ass, However, as soon as the $40 million from Brazil starts rolling in, Margrit can just pay Bodie off.
