btw .. for those with PTOI *shares* held via ETRADE .. watch your shares
word to me today that that *entity* has been pulling PTOI GTCs (sells)
only reason that gets done is to access those *shares* >> no matter how *short*
they all collude .. and it doesn't matter if one has a cash acct or not
