LOS ANGELES, Feb 19, 2015 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Vortex Brands Co. (OTC: VTXB) today provided that the Company will begin uploading its financials on OTC Markets beginning with the quarter ending February 28, 2015. Additionally the Company will be filing a registration statement on Form S-1 to raise the necessary capital of $500,000 to expand its operations and marketing to recruit additional teaching pros, add additional products to the current product line and to also include an innovative junior line. Vortex Tennis expects to introduce these products through the Tennis Channel commercial spots.
