(OTC PINK: FITX), a nutritional supplement company focusing on active lifestyles, is pleased to announce it has been asked to provide additional information to Health Canada in support of its application to operate under the federal government's Medical Marijuana Purposes Regulations (MMPR).
The company is cooperating with Health Canada, as it has throughout the lengthy and rigorous application process. CEN Biotech Inc. is a Canadian company and Health Canada is on record as saying it does not divulge details about applications made under the MMPR, which is in keeping with Canada's Privacy Act.
In this case however, key information contained in Health Canada's written communication was passed to the media.
