There has been a few companies that have won these types of lawsuits threw out the years ...... there is actually a class action lawsuit going on right now against ihub started by a gold company if I remember correctly. .... they are looking for any company that wants to join them ...... that info was already forwarded to blta and I hope they looked at it and maybe will join it after they get certified. .... I know they have there minds busy with the cert but maybe afterwords they will put an end to the slander train
