Your not getting banned. Your getting a warning bud. They don't care about the lies unfortunately, but they won't let you post private conversations without the other persons consent. I just got that warning 2 days ago. I asked for clarification about why some stuff was allowed and other not and she told me her job is to enforce the tos, she didn't care if posts were true or not
