BICB .035 Turnaround Play. Spoke with new CEO on Monday and I have a good sense of where this one is going, they have a Marijuana breathalyzer finished and ready to deploy, several other unannounced products and are working on getting the filings up to speed and onto the OTC again. share structure is low but there is a little debt that has to be cleaned up, I believe we will see that issue in a press release later this week. Now would be a good time to grab a bunch, I own 400,000 shares.
