Any chance that Victor is working with Michael Corrigan (or someone) to shop the MPIX shell around to a private company so they can do a reverse merger and avoid the expense and headaches of an IPO? Not sure how the Lorios fit in unless Victor needed someone to give MPIX the cash infusion to keep the lights on. The Lorios would receive a tremendous payday if MPIX is being shopped around as a shell to a private company with revenues and a good business plan. The share price of the new MIPX would be substantially higher than it is now.
Nothing else seems to make sense. Victor has kept MPIX current so there could be an up-listing and that cost a lot of money. The Lorios seem to be very bright so something must be going on. Wishful thinking I know.
If I am right, it would explain the long quiet period we have been in. If I am wrong, we may all have a nice tax write-off.
