What laws did they break? I don't see anywhere where they have been charged for one thing? Not that they couldn't be, however, after all these years we would think there would be one thing..
We do see 100 share trades to manipulate the stock down, we see where the Daily short volume is at or around 100% each and everyday she trades, and we see the Text, timing and charts over the years that suggest market forces were trying to exploit an insiders past. Yet there again nothing in 10 years. In fact the insiders like Ted Blom and Ron Lowenthal have exemplary .
